Head of HR
PT - 2-3 days a week

Kelta HR has been engaged to recruit an interim PT Head of HR for our environmental services client with a headcount of 180.
Reporting to the MD, the part-time Head of HR will manage a small HR team across multiple sites. The role will support the business whilst the current Head of HR takes a leave of absence.
Key areas of focus will be recruitment, transformation programme to bring business together following acquisition (alignment of behaviours and values), restructure, people strategy, training, benefits and finalising the staff handbook.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior HR professional who has SME experience and has worked in consultancy or has experience of the environmental sector. You need to be able to demonstrate delivery on strategies, have operational and board experience and be a good communicator.
The role will be 2-3 days a week (12 days a month) and will require presence in the London office (near London Bridge) once a week, with the rest of the time WFH and an occasional visit to the Lewes office (once a month).
