Kelta HR "Doing The Right Thing"

We are striving to ensure that the way we work is in tune with the interests of our local environment and community. We know it's important to integrate social and environmental concerns with our business operations, to make positive changes and minimise our environmental impacts.

Environment

We decided to make a "pledge" to always ensure budget (at least 50%) is spent locally. We feel that local businesses are more likely to be environmentally sustainable, especially those with local supply chains. We communicate this to all of our employees who must check the local preferred supplier list before making any purchases. We always ensure local suppliers invoices are paid promptly to help local businesses succeed and survive. Food for events and the office (such as fruit) are purchased from local producers, which helps support the Sussex County Farmers.

Community
