HR Systems Coordinator
Location: Uckfield
Work Arrangement: 4 days working from home, 1 day onsite
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

About the Role: As the HR Systems Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration and optimisation of our client's HR Information System (HRIS). You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems:
• Oversee the administration and optimisation of the HRIS, ensuring its robustness and reliability.
• Develop, streamline, and automate HR processes to enhance efficiency across various HR functions.
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires through the HR System, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Generate and manage standard HR reports, providing actionable insights to management.
• Troubleshoot HR system issues and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
HR Administration:
• Administer HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory concerns.
• Manage the leave of absence process and respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Contribute to updating the HR manual, particularly around the HRIS.
HR Projects:
• Support ad-hoc projects to improve HR processes and systems.
• Assist in the review, improvement, and maintenance of HR systems.
• Support initiatives such as Mental Health First Aid and Staff Forum.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR systems administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
• Experience in setting up a new system, creating reports, and driving efficiencies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR technology trends and system enhancements.
