Crawley - hybrid working
Kelta HR is seeking a HR Advisor for our client, a legal firm based in Crawley, with a headcount of 280.
As full-time HR Advisor reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be part of a HR team of 8. This is a generalist role covering ER, Payroll, Recruitment and admin where required.
You'll need previous HR experience, preferably within a professional services or legal environment. ER experience is key, as well as knowledge of maternity leave and flexible work requests. CIPD qualification is desirable.
The role is hybrid working with 2 days a week in the Crawley office. Occasional visits to other sites may be required, so a driving license is desirable.
