Talent & Culture Manager
Up to £50K plus bonus
Kelta HR is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Talent Specialist for our client in the hospitality industry, based in Crawley.
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent experienced HR Manager to lead the HR Advisor and HR Co-ordinator to support Heads of Department across a multi-site business with a headcount of circa 350. This is a hands-on HR Generalist role, but due to the nature of the business, recruitment is the key focus. Talent development, reward and recognition are also of importance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an operational HR or Recruitment role. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and HR experience gained within hospitality, care or the public sector is desirable. A driving license and own transport is required to be able to travel between the 3 Crawley sites.
The role is full-time, office based, however for the right candidate, 1 day a week working from home or part-time 4 days a week would be considered.
