Looking for a People Business Partner to make a difference.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the People department for the role of People Business Partner within a large national charity.
Working as one of a team of People Business Partners reporting to the Head of People.
Acting as a strategic partner for Directors within divisions; brokering services and interventions across People Services. Working in line with the company’s values to deliver on organisation design initiatives, change management, cultural transformation changes and workforce planning.
Develop strong relationships and provide coaching and development support to senior leaders, undertake business analysis and critical evaluation of People related initiatives. They will deliver interventions and solutions to services and will broker services across People to leverage the best outcomes.
Responsible for the oversight of high-level complex employment relations and legal cases, providing leadership to a team of People Relations Specialists.
This role will lead on key programmes of work to successfully deliver against the organisational strategy and people plan.
Base: Birmingham/Midlands
Able to undertake hybrid working. Role will need occasional national travel.
Salary: £62,521.91 to £66,106.12.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week.

Training will be given to the successful applicant on organisation design approaches and this role will form a community of practice with senior leaders.
To be the successful applicant you need to:
Have a successful track record of partnering with organisations developing strong influential relations with senior leaders.
Lead through others to successfully drive change, improvement and cultural transformation.
Have significant HR experience and working knowledge of areas including employment relations, change management, organisational development amongst others.
