Part Time HR Manager - with a primary focus on Equality and Inclusion

The main purpose of this role is to drive key HR elements of our client’s Equality and Inclusion action plan. This includes;
- Developing reporting processes including anonymous reporting routes
- Establishing robust reporting, monitoring, and evaluation processes for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion data for the senior leadership team and Board of Trustees
- Advising on the commissioning and delivery of comprehensive training on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
As the HR Manager, with a focus on Equality and Inclusion, your key responsibilities will be implementing the strategy and lead the development and implementation of reporting processes that prioritise staff well-being and empower them to report unacceptable behaviour. You will collaborate closely with the HR training coordinator and suppliers to advise on training initiatives on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
The role will lead the development of HR policies aligned with the Equality and Inclusion action plan, ensuring they comply with best practices and legal requirements. You will also offer advice and guidance to line managers and employees, assisting in finding practical solutions to HR issues.
Actively contributing to the client’s HR Management Team, you will foster collaboration with the Director of HR and Head of HR, as well as managing the HR Coordinator responsible for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, as well as the Safeguarding Officer.
