HR Operations Manager - HR Business Services - Hybrid role - Flexible 2 or 3 days in the office
Following an internal promotion the role of HR Operations Manager operates within the Business Team, managing and supporting a team of up to 16 staff, made up of 13 HR Coordinators and 3 Team Leaders. The team deal with every aspect of the employee lifecycle except for recruitment which is managed by a separate team.
The Business Services team support the university headcount of 2000 permanent staff and up to 2000 casual staff.
Key focus areas of the role include leading and line managing a busy HR Business Services team, enabling each individual to flourish and
·ensuring continuous process improvement for all HR processes, ensuring validity, accessibility and legislative compliance.
The HR System is currently ResourceLink. As HR Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to review suggest and implement process efficiencies, working to optimise all the HR Business Services processes to become efficient and effective in all their dealings.
The position can be considered as either fulltime, compressed hours or 0.80.
There is a generous pension scheme on offer, 25 days holidays plus an additional 3 service days.
Salary £35,000 - £42,000
