We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic, growing business where people are at the heart of everything they do. This is a Head of HR-level leadership position, offering the chance to shape strategy, lead change, and develop a strong HR function in a thriving organisation.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for a talented HR professional seeking a career-defining challenge. It sits on the Senior Leadership Team

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the People Strategy to align with current and future business objectives.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team.
• Manage and develop a high-performing HR team of five in a business of ~190 employees.
• Oversee talent management, recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
• Drive initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies, and risk management practices.
• Champion cultural development, organisational design, and change management.
• Lead and improve HR systems, processes, and employee experience initiatives.

✅ About You:
• Proven experience in a Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Track record in talent development, leadership coaching, and organisational change.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification) is desirable.
• Must be comfortable working onsite full-time with occasional travel to other sites.
