Kelta HR is seeking a HR Advisor for our client, an aviation company at Gatwick, with a headcount of circa 650.
The newly created role of HR Advisor is part of a small team reporting to the HR & Development Manager. This is a generalist role with a focus on ER.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced HR Advisor, who can hit the ground running in a fast paced environment. The HR Advisor must have strong communication and organisational skills and be able to build positive working relationships with all levels management and non-management, be a team player and be very resilient, self-confident and persuasive in nature with a sense of humour. A background in aviation or a blue collared environment is preferred.
This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days a week in the office. Part-time would be considered and flexible working is offered.
