HR Administrator within the employee relations team for the NHS in Brighton on a permanent basis.
You will providing administration and clerical support to the Employee Relations Team. Main duties for the Employee Relations Team will include note taking at formal meetings, typing, responding to telephone enquiries, use of equipment such as photocopiers, the maintenance of the Employee Relations information systems held in the department and providing reports on a regular basis for performance monitoring purposes.
This is an autonomous post requiring the post holder to provide full administrative support to maintain and develop existing systems and processes. This post requires the ability to work on own initiative, dealing with all aspects of the department in a professional and highly confidential manner.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to gain more exposure within employee relations.

Starting salary £21,000 up to a maximum of around £23,000 (depending on experience and if you have NHS experience, which is not essential)
Permanent
Hybrid working - 2/3 days onsite upto 5 days as and when required due to busy periods
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
