HR Administrator
Location: Uckfield
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time - 4 days remote, 1 day onsite
Are you passionate about HR administration and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their expanding team.
As an HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of their HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle with precision and care. From drafting contracts to coordinating onboarding and maintaining meticulous records, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires, working closely with IT and line managers.
• Process employee change requests and maintain up-to-date HR system data.
• Manage employee records, including probation, appraisals, and training certificates.
• Handle HR inquiries promptly and professionally.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CIPD Level 3 certification preferred but not essential.
