2x HR Advisors (Multiple Locations)
Our client is seeking 2 experienced HR Advisors to join their ER team on a Fixed-Term Contract until September 2025.
These roles are based in Manchester, Brighton, Leeds, and Coventry, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Occasional travel may be required.
Salary: £37,184 (pro-rata), 37.5 hours per week
Core hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, values-led HR advice to employees, managers, and directors across a wide range of people-related issues.
Ensure advice is aligned with best practice, legislation, and covers complex employment relations casework, including organisational change and TUPE.
Support prompt and effective resolution of workplace issues, facilitating formal investigations and hearings with professionalism and compassion.
Maintain high standards of process management, adhering to policy and service level agreements.
Ensure an excellent, credible, and responsive experience for all end users of the HR service.
What They're Looking For:
Experienced HR Advisors with a strong background in casework.
Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
