Sensing a demand in the market for a dedicated, professional HR recruitment consultancy in the region, Frances launched Kelta HR in January 2006. Overall, she has been involved in recruitment since 1999. Before forming Kelta HR, Frances worked for a well-known FTSE 100 recruitment organisation of which two years were within the Executive International Search & Selection market, followed by six years developing a Human Resources brand. She speaks two European languages.
Previously, Frances worked as a Business Manager for a major tour operator for a total of fifteen years. With strong administration and project skills, Frances is used to operating at board level. An earlier background in Operational and Product Management, both in the UK and overseas demonstrates she has worked with-in both matrix and hierarchal structures, meaning she understands first-hand the challenges that working within these types of organisations present when recruiting.
Frances is used to managing cultural differences and breaking down barriers, she is experienced in communicating change and working with CEO's & HR Directors of start up's, SME's and large multi nationals. Frances remains actively involved in the operational aspects at Kelta HR as well as formulating growth strategy, business development and offering expertise when recruiting senior HR & Learning & Development professionals.Back to the team
