Kelta HR's business model, in its design, is simple. We recruit HR and Learning and Development professionals in a defined geographic region: East Sussex, West Sussex and East Surrey (namely Redhill and Reigate).

We have chosen to work exclusively in this region for three main reasons:

  • It has a great selection of businesses, both large and small across all sectors
  • Operating in a defined region, whilst physically narrowing your market, increases the importance, strength, quality and depth of delivery
  • A wide variety of HR candidates who already live in the region or are planning to relocate to the area.
