Since our launch in Jan 06 we are really pleased with the number of clients,  candidates  and business partners (Personnel today / People Management / Sussex CIPD)  who have been so supportive in our new business venture - KELTA HR. HR OFFICER RECRUITMENT RUN BY KELLY JONES, KELTA-HR - APRIL/MAY 2006

Due to the HR Manager going on maternity leave in July 2006, the HR department was reviewed and a decision made to recruit a full-time permanent HR Officer. As if by chance Kelly Jones from KELTA-HR made contact within days of this decision being made and from a telephone conversation seemed confident that she would be able to help fill this vacancy. The HR Manager decided to go exclusively with KELTA-HR on the understanding that they would have only two weeks to forward any suitable CV's.

Within days Kelly had delivered! A good selection of CV's had been forwarded, all from candidates with exactly the right sort of experience and skills the firm was looking for and within the salary range that had identified. Two half days of interviews were set up. To check the right candidates had been selected, Kelly visited the HR Manager to gain a clearer understanding of what the firm was looking for in order to brief candidates thoroughly beforehand.

The recruitment process was extremly quick and efficient. From initial contact with Kelly at the beginning of April, interviews were carried out in early May and an offer made straight away. The successful candidate is due to start in early June! Throughout the recruitment process Kelly was very efficient and kept in constant communication. She also supplied a good selection of CV's and candidates for interview making the task of selecting the best person for the role very difficult for the interview panel! A further advantage was that the agency fees were extremely reasonable and competetive and no time was wasted on candidates who did not meet job specification or did not want to come and work in the type of firm and role on offer.

We were extremely impressed with the service from Kelly and would definitely recommend other companies with an HR vacancy to use KELTA-HR.
