If you choose to work on an exclusive basis with KELTA HR, and pay a £500 commencement fee towards advertising costs, then we will deduct £1000 off our competitive Terms of Business upon completion!!!

How you choose to recruit depends on the level of the position you are looking to source, current shortages or abundance of certain skill sets in the marketplace and the timescales you' re working towards. As the HR marketplace is constantly evolving we will be able to advise you on the current position based on supply and demand at the particular time you are looking to recruit.

However here is an overview of some of the options available.

Contingency

Database search - As we only specialise in sourcing HR & Training professionals we have a very tight control on our database of active candidates and so very quickly will know whether we are have a potential candidate on our database. (Time Effective Recruitment)

E-shot / mail-shot/ SMS text to selected candidates on our database advising them of your vacancy.

Networking: This is a vital & key part of our business strategy. We keep actively in touch with the HR and Training community across Sussex, attend a variety of different seminars and HR events as well as host our own events in partnership with guest speakers.

Advertising - Online/offline advert tailored to the appropriate media.

We have set up business accounts with a variety of recognised HR on-line Job boards which means that once you advise us of your vacancy we can very quickly make this vacancy "live" online. KELTA HR then filter the response so you only have to review the candidates who have already been through the selection and/or interview criteria based on your particular vacancy.

The role will also appear on KELTA HR's own website

Traditional advertising in People Management, Personnel Today or the local press are also strong alternatives that are available and can be discussed as part of the Recruitment and Selection package.

Retained - If you are unsure whether a recruitment need would be better sourced via a managed retained campaign then we are happy to advise you on the various points of consideration that should enable you to make an informed decision.

We are happy to devise and discuss a more targeted recruitment campaign and put together a proposal to recruit for more selective or difficult to recruit positions.

Retained assignments are only ever managed on a sole agency basis.

The fees are invoiced in 3 parts at different stages throughout the campaign.
