Our Values, Vision and Principles

Kelta HR has always worked to the highest ethical and professional standards. We believe that ethical conduct is not simply compliance with legal requirements, but extends to honesty, integrity and social responsibility, respect for and equitable treatment of others.

Professional Memberships

At Kelta HR we adhere strictly to the REC Code of Professional Conduct, and our meticulous approach to customer care was acknowledged by BIS in Jan 2009 with a successful audit. This audit was to monitor the compliance of the statutory Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

This outcome was affirmation of our professional and ethical service commitment.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Kelta HR "Doing the right thing"

We are striving to ensure that the way we work is in tune with the interests of our local environment and community. We know it's important to integrate social and environmental concerns with our business operations, to make positive changes and minimise our environmental impacts.

Environment

We decided to make a "pledge" to always ensure budget (at least 50%) is spent locally. We feel that local businesses are more likely to be environmentally sustainable, especially those with local supply chains. We communicate this to all of our employees who must check the local preferred supplier list before making any purchases. We always ensure local suppliers invoices are paid promptly to help local businesses succeed and survive. Food for events and the office (such as fruit) are purchased from local producers, which helps support the Sussex County Farmers.

Community

barnabas    chessnut tree house

We proudly support the local independent charitable hospices: St Barnabas House & Chestnut Tree House. We have donated towards their new St Barnabas house build "Building a Dream" and will continue to raise money by a variety of fundraising events in the future.

"Kelta HR has been a keen supporter of the business community, sponsoring the Equality and Diversity Award at this year's Brighton and Hove Business Awards and the Training Award at this year's Sussex Business Awards. It also has plans to give financial support to students on the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development courses at the University of Brighton and other colleges across Sussex"
The Argus, December 2009.
