An organisation with a rare blend of financial services in a not for profit culture are looking for a Head of Reward and People to join their growing team, based in Crawley.

The Head of Reward and People reports into the Group Director of People and manages a People and Reward team of 4.

The role involves developing a reward strategy, implementing and monitoring reward frameworks that support the organisations ambitions and attracts and retains top talent.

The key areas of responsibility are reward and recognition, driving forward the reward and recognition agenda, including pay philosophy, and project managing reward initiatives, working with your team of reward business partners, acting as the organisational expert.

If you have extensive experience of partnering with the business to develop Reward and Recognition strategies, have CIPD level 7 or a Post Graduate level qualification in HR Management or commensurate experience, and have line management experience gained in a high-pressure environment as multi-tasking, thoroughness and prioritisation are essential.
