Cost Considerations As a niche specialist recruitment business with many years of recruitment and business experience we know that value for money is an important part of the decision making process when deciding which Recruitment Agency to work with. We do not promise to be the cheapest but we know that we are a long way off being the most expensive. Plus KELTA HR offers benefits that we consider should be the industry norm but which are not always the case. What appears good value for money on paper can very quickly prove to be far from reality in practice. Indirect costs can escalate for a variety of different reasons: - The recruitment process is extended when no suitable candidates are forthcoming. - You are sent CV's and interview candidates who are neither really interested in, or a suitable fit for the Company. - Candidates have not been sufficiently well briefed regarding the role, the Company background and Culture so turn up poorly prepared for interview. - Candidates salary expectations are not presented prior to interview or the proposed salary package and benefits have not been positioned clearly enough early on in the process and delays, disappointments and negotiations break down at the job offer stage. - The successful candidate resigns within the first three months and there is no guarantee period built into the Terms of Business so you have to pay in full to re recruit.
