As KELTA HR only specialises in sourcing HR & Training professionals we have a very tight control on our database of active candidates and so very quickly will know whether we have a potential candidate on our database.

If exactly the right people are not registered we use our extensive network of contacts to proactively and ethically source them, as well as using more traditional recruitment tools to attract the right candidates. (see recruitment options).

 

All candidates registered with KELTA HR experience the same comprehensive registration process which includes:

- Meeting and interviewing all candidates to carefully evaluate experience, achievements, skills and aspiration.

- Verifying CIPD qualifications with the Institute

- Referencing all immediately available candidates

- Eligibility to work in the UK - NI & Passport checks
