As KELTA HR only specialises in sourcing HR & Training professionals we have a very tight control on our database of active candidates and so very quickly will know whether we have a potential candidate on our database. If exactly the right people are not registered we use our extensive network of contacts to proactively and ethically source them, as well as using more traditional recruitment tools to attract the right candidates. (see recruitment options).
All candidates registered with KELTA HR experience the same comprehensive registration process which includes: - Meeting and interviewing all candidates to carefully evaluate experience, achievements, skills and aspiration. - Verifying CIPD qualifications with the Institute - Referencing all immediately available candidates - Eligibility to work in the UK - NI & Passport checks
As we only recruit across the Sussex region we know that our reputation can grow very quickly and also can disappear overnight if we fail to provide an ongoing professional level of service and commitment to both our candidates and clients alike.
