CIPD Grades

What grade are you?

Chartered FCIPD: Policy/executive role at senior professional level with 10 years experience.

Chartered MCIPD: Executive/advisory role at professional level, with three years experience and approved Continuing Professional Development (CPD). All are Corporate Members.

Grad CIPD: Holds the Institute’s full professional qualification.

Lic CIPD: Holds the first stage of the Institutes professional qualification or approved equivalent.

Assoc CIPD: Meets CIPD requirements as practitioner level, holds certificate level awards or relevant N/SVQ at level three.

Affiliate Membership does not represent a CIPD qualification.
