Together the Managing Consultants have over 13 years experience of recruitment, and as founding directors are hands on in the business to ensure that the focus on delivery, quality of service and the expertise of the consultants is maintained.
Frances Talijan Frances Talijan has eight years experience within recruitment of which six years were in HR and two years in the Executive International Search & Selection market. Her experience also includes working with CEO's and HR Directors to recruit key appointments for Greenfield sites, SME's and large multinational companies across the south east. In addition Frances is an experienced Business Manager, having worked for a FTSE 100 Tour Operator for a total of fifteen years. With strong administration and project skills she is used to dealing at board level. An earlier background in Operational and Product Management, both in the UK and overseas, working within both matrix and hierarchal structures, means she understands first hand the challenges that working within these types of organisations present when recruiting. She is used to managing cultural differences and breaking down barriers and is experienced at supporting and communicating change, confidently able to speak 2 European languages. Kelly Jones Following a degree and graduate programme with a major retailer Kelly Jones joined the recruitment industry in 1998. Initially specialising in Accountancy and Professional Office Support her last role was to develop the Human Resources brand for a FTSE 100 recruitment organisation. Kelly has experience in contingency, retained advertised assignments as well as managing high volume accounts for large companies. Her friendly, open and honest approach has made Kelly a well respected and known Recruitment Consultant across Sussex and Surrey and she prides herself on the strong relationships she has with her clients. Lauren Richardson Lauren Richardson, our industrial placement student for the year, is a BA (Hons) student from the University of Brighton. Having already gained invaluable experience working for a business services provider to the legal profession, as well as a growing specialized local manufacturing company, she is now an integral part of our HR Recruitment Administration support team. As part of her business degree course she has taken this year to get an insight into both HR and Recruitment by working closely and learning from the consultants here at Kelta HR, building upon the Human Resource Management Modules she has been studying in her first two years at University. This provides a real insight into how a small/medium size business works from the inside as well as providing a larger outlook in terms of what challenges the recruitment industry faces and how to get the best results from working in a fast past and competitive environment. Jenny Barrett Jenny joined Kelta HR in March 2008 bringing with her over ten years of commercial business experience. After completing her BA in History and International Politics, Jenny relocated to London and started her career in Public Relations managing high profile media campaigns for a variety of clients including Hewlett Packard, Specsavers, Saks Hair & Beauty and DatingDirect.com. Following a successful career in PR Jenny moved into recruitment in January 2005, specialising in the media and communications sectors working across a variety of clients throughout the UK. Jenny finally realised her dream of living by the sea and relocated to Brighton in the summer of 2007 where she specialised in HR and training recruitment. Jenny has experience of managing freelance, permanent, contingency, advertised and headhunting assignments within the Sussex and Gatwick Diamond areas. She joins Kelta HR as Senior Consultant specialising in the mid – senior level market. Lara Inwood Lara is both REC and SHL qualified and joined Kelta HR in November 2009 as an additional experienced Senior Consultant due to expansion and growth of KELTA HR. Lara has worked in the recruitment industry since 2003, progressing her career from Consultant to Branch Manager, managing a small team of four. Lara is used to developing a business partnering approach with clients and has successfully developed large accounts within the commercial sector throughout Sussex by building on her relationships and recruitment delivery solutions and achievements. During this time, Lara won a particularly large account, working closely with a client to recruit and manage a weekly workforce of up to 120 heads. In addition she achieved the highest achieving consultant award and was recognised for her passion and commitment to service standards. She prides herself on having a simple, unpretentious approach to recruitment offering a solutions focused approach at all times. She will be offering her experience exclusively to clients in a defined geographical region, thus enabling KELTA HR to continue to provide a client centric business model approach across the Sussex and Gatwick Diamond region. Lara will handle all levels of vacancies in the HR and Learning & Development arena on either a temporary, contract or permanent basis Amy Radbourne CPP qualified in 2009, Amy has gained valuable operational business experience working for the Arcadia Group and EDF. At the Arcadia group she dealt with HR issues such as poor performance, sickness absence, recruitment and selection and staff morale. At EDF she honed her customer service and stakeholder experience. Dedicated to the importance of talent management and passionate about the value that Recruitment can add to organisations, Amy has joined the team at Kelta HR as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. She has been brought on board to support the Senior Recruitment Consultant in all aspects of the recruitment and selection life cycle. |
